Special Event – CAREER LINK MEETUP 2023 -For international DCs and PDs-<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

I-Hop will provide international doctoral course students and postdocs the special opportunity to meet up with Japanese companies who are willing to hire international talents in ENGLISH.<\/p>\n

In Japan, most of the companies require their applicants to have high level Japanese language proficiency .
\nTo prepare for the job-hunting in Japan, the first recommendation is still learning Japanese and get the certificate of N1 level on JLPT.
\nHowever, some companies do not require Japanese language in the application step.
\nI-HoP will invite some of those companies and provide you of the opportunity to meet and talk online with their representatives.
\nDo not miss this annual opportunity! We look forward to your application.<\/p>\n

\nThe URL for the Googleform will be sent by email to those who completed step 1.
\nIn Googleform application, you will be required to provide the following information.
\n-General information (Name, affiliation, etc., )
\n-Preferred Date of Participation
\n-Your research overview and career plan (For those wishing to give presentations to companies Only) *
\n-English & Japanese language proficiency<\/p>\n

* The following questions are required to answer within 200 word;
\n– the outline of your research including the explanation of how you intend to apply it to benefit society,
\n– experiments you carried\/can carry out including machines you can operate,
\n– your career plan and how the CAREER LINK MEETUP may affect it.<\/p>\n

The result of selection will be notified by Oct.27(Fri.)<\/p>\n

\n<\/b><\/span>Hokkaido University current international doctoral course students and postdocs (As of Oct and Nov. 2023) those who can communicate in English and will be able to meet the following preparation schedule:<\/p>\n
