L-Station is responsible for planning, recruiting, and training of fixed-term young research talent systems, such as Ambitious Special Assistant Professors and JSPS Special Research Fellows employed at our university. In cooperation with doctoral and assistant professor-related projects, L-Station serves as a liaison office for academic careers.

At I-HoP, I am in charge of planning and implementing English programs to support the careers of doctoral students.
We are also working to strengthen collaboration both inside and outside the university to support English track students.
He is also actively involved in launching new initiatives, such as overseeing the management of Hokkaido University Career Support Symposium, which will be held for the first time in 2024.
