However, priority will be given to Doctoral course students (DC) and post-doctors (PD) (PD).
Master's course students (MC) are also allowed.
*If you are attending from outside the Sapporo campus, we may be able to cover travel expenses, so please contact S-cubic Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development.

1989 年北海道大学文学部卒業後、古河電気工業入社。
工場の生産管理を９年経験後、情報システム部2008年採用課長、2012年経営企画室主査を経て、2016年６月古河ファイナンス・アンド・ビジネス・サポート代表取締役社長に就任。2020年７月より現職。先端人材育成センターS-cubic セミナーは、10回目の登壇。

Do you ever collaborate with people who have different positions or opinions?
There is a technique called "facilitation" that promotes team activities smoothly.
This workshop will involve small-group exercises where you will learn the tricks of facilitation while also learning case studies of business promotion within companies.
