Participant comments

Researcher
  • It increased my motivation for job hunting, and I'm glad I participated because it was a valuable opportunity to talk with people from companies.
  • I have attended the event three times so far, and in each one, there were people who joined the company through Akaiito-Kai, which once again gave me the impression that it is a well-functioning organization.
  • For me, who had not really considered working for a company, it was a great opportunity to talk with people from actual companies.
  • Both online and face-to-face meetings have their own merits. I thought it was great that there was such a wide range of participating companies.
  • I learned a lot and would definitely like to participate again next year.
Enterprise
  • The students were also committed to this event (no one dropped out midway through, and students also gave presentations), and it was a meaningful opportunity for the companies to get to know the students better and for them to learn about the companies.
  • Although I felt that the time allocation was short at times, the latter half of the seminar was designed to make up for this, and I thought the schedule was well thought out. It was a long and difficult session, but I also thought it was good that there were breaks at appropriate times. Thank you very much.
  • There were many motivated students with excellent communication skills, and we were able to interact with a moderate number of people at each session.
  • Because the students practice their presentations beforehand, I feel that their presentation skills are very high. When they enter a company, they will need to work with sales and planning staff, so it is important to be able to clearly communicate the content of your research and the technology you possess to others. The students who participate in Akaiito-Kai have acquired these skills, so we believe they are very valuable human resources.
