You must complete both of the following during the application period.

1. Apply through Hi-System
2. Fill out the application form (https://forms.gle/sxhXydK25zesY4zq6) and enter the required information.

Please log in to Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development 's "Hi-System" and apply under "Event Information."
*You must register with Hi-System in advance. Register for Hi-System here.

Steps from application to taking the exam

   2. Register the necessary information in the application form
2. Individual interview at I-HoP (online, Japanese).
   Recipients of support will be determined based on the contents of the application form and the results of the interview.
3. If support is approved, an exam voucher number will be distributed.
4. The candidate must book the exam date and time through the dedicated website "Pearson VUE" (each candidate must take the exam by Friday, September 10, 2021).
5. Report the exam date and time to I-HoP by email.
6. Take the exam at the exam center (must bring identification documents)
   Changes can be made up to 24 hours before the exam, so if your schedule changes, you must reschedule and notify I-HoP of the new date.
   Even if there are changes, all applicants must take the exam by September 10, 2021.
7. After taking the test, submit your score (copies are acceptable) to I-HoP

If you are unable to take the exam due to reasons such as the closure of an exam center due to the spread of COVID-19, we will consider appropriate measures.
