Akaiito-Kai Participation Procedure (Face-to-Face)
We will guide you through the process from applying to participate in Akaiito-Kai (in-person) until the event ends.
There are also guidelines for creating a poster at the end of this page.

STEP 1. Participate in a presentation exercise
If you are attending an in-person Akaiito-Kai for the first time, you will be required to take part in a presentation exercise.
Even if you have previously participated in an online Akaiito-Kai, if this is your first time participating in face-to-face meetings, this will be your first time creating and presenting a poster, so participation in this workshop is mandatory.

Please apply for the "Presentation Practice for Akaiito-Kai Participation" through Hi-System.

2. Watch the guidance video
Please watch the three guidance videos necessary for participating in Akaiito-Kai on COFRe video streaming site.
The ID and password are the same as for Hi-System.

3. Preparation and submission of poster data
Please submit your poster data via Hi-System before taking the presentation exercise.
During the exercise, you will be asked to give a 3-minute presentation using this poster.
For instructions on how to submit, please refer to the manual attached to the email you received in advance or the submission instructions (PDF).
Please note that on the submission page, if you do not fill in any fields marked "Required" in red, you will not be able to complete the submission of your presentation materials due to system limitations.

4. Participate in presentation practice
Those who have applied under "1. Application" will be notified of the course information by email in advance, so please bring the poster with you and attend on the specified date.
If you would like to use the printers at Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development to print your poster, please let us know. Please refer to STEP 3 for details.

5. Submission of poster data (final version) and research topic
After taking the presentation practice session, please submit the final version of your poster data (revised based on the instructor's advice) along with your research topic via Hi-System.
For instructions on how to submit, please refer to the manual attached to the email you received in advance or the submission instructions (PDF).
The presentation materials and research themes received will be made available to companies during the period below.

About the research topic
Since your research topic will be seen by human resources personnel at companies, please write it in terms that are easy for general readers to understand, rather than including technical terms that may be used at academic conferences.
STEP 2. Contacting companies in advance and preparing for the event
1. Publication of company introduction sheet
Participating companies will publish company introduction materials they have prepared in advance for doctoral candidates.
Be sure to check this in advance beforehand in preparation for the day.

2. Answer the advance questionnaire
On the day of the event, you will be asked to complete a survey in advance regarding companies you would like to see your poster and your own career history.

3. Analysis of participating companies
To ensure a fruitful exchange of opinions on the day of the event, please research the participating companies in advance.

4. Check the reception status of Hi-System message function
Participating companies may send messages to researchers who are interested via Hi-System. Since this is advance contact from participating companies, please be sure to check it the day before Akaiito-Kai so as not to be rude when you meet on the day.
If you receive a message from a company, please check Hi-System message checking method to find out how to check the message.
* Hi-System does not have a function to reply to messages.

STEP 3. Request poster printing (only for those who wish to do so)
If you wish to request the printing of posters at Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development, please make a reservation in advance.
Please note that the purpose of use will be limited to "Presentation Practice" and "Akaiito-Kai." Thank you for your understanding.

How to make a reservation

We will contact you once printing is complete, so please come to Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development to pick it up.

2. Attending a retrospective meeting
We will look back with other participants from the preparation of this Akaiito-Kai to the end of the event. It is also a time for students to interact with each other, so let's make more friends who we can talk to about anything!

This is a guide for creating posters to be used when holding face-to-face events.

You are free to use the space as you wish (there are no particular regulations regarding the size of each poster).
Please note that text close to the floor will be difficult to see, so please take this into consideration when creating posters.

Please write your resume in a way that is easy to understand for people who are not specialists in your field, including a self-introduction and the details of your research at university, your abilities, skills, knowledge, and your thoughts about the company.
There is no particular restriction on the format.
However, be sure to include the following items:
- full name
- Affiliation
- Research History
- Work experience (if you don't have any)
- Possessed skills and abilities
- Current Research Contents
- Self-promotion
