We offer Japanese language programs to support career development at graduate schools.
We offer a wide range of services, including a place to learn the information and practical skills necessary for career development, individual consultations, company matching events, and Internship placements.

I-HoP

We are running an English program to develop doctoral candidates.
Rather than dividing students into "Japanese students" and "international students" based on nationality, we are developing programs in cooperation with S-cubic so that students can receive support in the language of their choice.

Consortium for Career Development of Ph.D.

We operate a system that allows the mutual use of human resource development programs at 12 universities that are affiliated with Hokkaido University.
You can take advantage of the wide variety of programs offered by partner universities in the same way as Hokkaido University programs.

I-Hop International Human Resources Development Program (I-HoP)

Achieving true diversity by dividing programs by language, not nationality

I-HoP (Hokudai International Human Resource Development Program) offers a career support program in English for Doctoral students　(DC) and postdoctoral fellows at Hokkaido University. It holds seminars to improve transferable skills, provides information on finding employment in Japan for international students with different cultural backgrounds, supports Japanese language acquisition, and offers individual career consultations, as well as conducting career surveys for international students.
