Participant comments

Researcher
  • It was a very valuable experience, as opportunities to speak directly with HR personnel and researchers from companies are rare.
  • I sometimes found that companies where I thought I could utilize my expertise weren't suitable, and vice versa. I think it was thanks to the close communication I had.
  • I realized that every company values the ability to proactively conduct research in diverse fields. I now understand how to effectively promote my own research and skills going forward.
  • From lunch to poster sessions, booth interactions, and networking events, I was able to interact with various companies at different levels of closeness, which helped me to solidify my vision for my future career path.
  • I understand that there are unavoidable factors such as the number of participants and participating companies, but I wish there had been a little more time to spare.
Enterprise
  • All the talent who joined the company through the "Akaiito-Kai" have been very successful since joining, and we would like to continue participating in their activities in the future.
  • It was a very well-organized exchange event, and I was able to interact with the students in a wonderful way. Thank you very much. I hope you will continue to hold such events in the future.
  • The event was run very smoothly, and I was able to interact with the doctoral students without any stress. Thank you very much. I think it's best to be able to talk to doctoral students in person, and although I understand there may be budget constraints, I would be grateful if you could continue to offer opportunities to interact with doctoral students in person rather than online events.
  • There was ample time for close interaction, and I felt that this event allowed both students and companies to get to know each other. Furthermore, the students had thoroughly prepared for their presentations, and the university provided support for that preparation and reflection, which I believe contributed to a more meaningful experience.
