Career Path Diversification Seminar

This is a program to consider diversifying the career paths of young researchers.
This program provides concrete, experiential learning about the diversity of doctoral career choices available to students.

Doctoral course post-doctors (PD) (PD) to understand their own social position, recognize the importance of career choices, conduct self-analysis, and consider where they want to be active in the future.

The requirements for obtaining credits vary depending on the course. Please see the syllabus for details.

Credit requirements:

2. Specialized Course in the Graduate School of Life Science (Doctoral) "Career Development Research for Doctoral Researchers (Akaiito-Kai)"

In order to obtain credits for the Graduate School common course "Career Development Research for Doctoral Researchers -Akaiito-Kai" and the Graduate School of Life Science specialized course (Doctoral) "Career Development Research for Doctoral Researchers (Akaiito-Kai)", you must complete all of the following programs 1 to 3.
Please note that the requirements for being recognized as having attended a course vary for each program, so please let us know by S-cubic that you would like to receive credits. We will inform you of the detailed requirements individually.

  • For Career Path Diversification Seminar III, credits will be awarded for participation in only the first session.

Credit requirements:
3. Graduate School Common Course "Special Seminar on Generic Skills ~ Career Development"

In the case of the common graduate school course "Special Seminar on Generic Skills - Career Development," a comprehensive evaluation is based on attendance and reports.
Compulsory attendance is at least three of the following courses: Career Path Diversification Seminar I (Project Facilitation), II (Negotiation Studies), III (Workshop for Strengthening Research Appeals), and Advanced COLA.
*Credits for Career Path Diversification Seminar III will be awarded for participation in only the first session.
