International Human Resources Development Program (I-HoP)

I-HoP hosts information exchange meetings in English between doctoral students and companies, which is extremely rare even in Japan.

Doctoral Human Resource Development Unit has been conducting the "Akai Ito Kai" Akaiito-Kai), a Japanese-language information exchange meeting between companies and PhD candidates, for many years in order to develop PhD human resources.
I-HoP has been conducting this program entirely in English since 2019.
