My career history is as follows: Graduate School (Neutron Spectroscopy) → Corporate Basic Research Institute (Semiconductor Materials Research) → PhD (Engineering) at Osaka University → Corporate Intellectual Property Division (Strategic Planning) → Hokkaido University (PhD Human Resource Development, Coordination of Consortium for Career Development of Ph.D.). I will use this experience to support PhD human resources.
