Researcher management system
What is the information provision service "Researcher management system"?
Researcher management system is an Internet service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") operated by the Director of Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development (hereinafter referred to as "this center") of the National University Corporation Hokkaido University University (hereinafter referred to as "this university"). This service provides a members-only web system that centrally manages information on researchers enrolled in the university's education and research organizations (hereinafter referred to as "departments"), assigns user information to the department's administrative organization administrator (hereinafter referred to as "department administrator") who has pre-registered with this center, and allows the department administrator to register limited users.
On this service,
- Information on department administrators and department users (users) who use Researcher management system
- Career information for graduates and those who completed their studies at this university
- Information on researchers belonging to departments, organizations, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "departmental PD information")
However, none of the information is publicly available and is only provided to users of Researcher management system.

Introduction of functions
Login information for this service will be distributed in advance by Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development to departments using the service.
Please use this information to log in for the first time.
After logging in, please change your password.
Usage features
1. Department user registration/change (administrator only)
You can register and update users of this service.
If you wish to register individually, please use the "New Registration" button. If you wish to register in bulk, please use the "File Upload" button.
Control logins by setting expiration dates for users.
We recommend that you set this from a security standpoint.
*Please limit the use of administrator IDs to within your department (organization).
*After registering as a user, please inform the user of their login information.
2. Career information search
You can search for career information on students who have graduated from our university since 2013.
*Individuals cannot be identified from search information.
3. PD information registration and search
You can search for information on PDs affiliated with your department.
You can also register and update information about PDs working in your department.
If you wish to register individually, please use the "New Registration" button. If you wish to register in bulk, please use the "File Upload" button.

We would like to inform all users of this service of restrictions and recommended browsers.
Limitations
- Please use this service with one user, one ID.
Reusing IDs is prohibited for security reasons. - Please use this service on campus.
For security reasons, off-campus access is prohibited, so it cannot be used from off-campus. - When using this service, please use one browser and one tab on one device.
If you log in using multiple tabs on one browser, we cannot guarantee proper operation.
