program

We will introduce the scientific basis of mindfulness and how to prepare your mind, and have you experience its effects through meditation exercises.
Research has shown that mindfulness can improve creativity if practiced consistently, so it is very important to use it as a form of self-care to keep your mind in order and continue your research life in a healthy manner.
It is also a mental skill (improving resilience) that allows you to properly deal with stress and use it as a source of growth, and has been introduced as an official program by famous athletes and global IT companies such as Google and Intel.
