profile

After working in the human resources business at companies such as Recruit Co., Ltd., he went independent in 2010 (establishing Sea Terrace Co., Ltd. in 2014). He provides consulting, training, etc. to companies. At the same time, from 2010 (until 2020), he was involved in doctoral human resource development projects as a specially appointed associate professor at the Osaka University Industrial Collaboration Office. In 2020, he established Innovators Career Support Co., Ltd. with the aim of helping doctoral students develop rich careers and connect them with companies, and is working to support the careers of doctoral students. He is a visiting professor at Osaka University's Transdisciplinary Innovation Doctoral Program. He is a doctoral human resources consultant Hokkaido University.
