Part 1: Hokkaido University University Graduate School Master's Programs students (MC), doctoral course students (DC), post-doctors (PD) (PD), faculty and staff
Part 2: Part 1 lecture attendance required
Hokkaido University University Graduate School Doctoral course students (DC) and post-doctors (PD) (PD) are given priority.
Graduate school Master's Programs students (MC) are also accepted.

After working as a flight attendant for ANA (All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.), she is currently working as a lecturer for ANA Business Solutions Co., Ltd. A bright and energetic person, she conducts training sessions that place great importance on interaction with participants. While working for ANA, she was in charge of purser duties on domestic and international flights. She has earned high praise from customers for her hospitable service, and is also responsible for improving and promoting in-flight service. She also actively participates in outside activities such as social events in the local community. Through these experiences, she experienced the importance of building trusting relationships by utilizing hospitality and communication, and she is using this experience in her current training.

Part 1 Lecture 13:00-14:30

As you go about your job search or research, it is essential to have business etiquette that considers the other person's perspective in order to make a good impression and build trusting relationships. You will learn about etiquette that will be useful even after you enter society.
"Why learn manners?", "Four basics of manners from the other person's perspective", "Attitude toward work", etc.

Part 2 Exercises 14:45-17:00

Building on the basics from Part 1, you will learn how to speak in a pleasant manner and the manners required when visiting a company.
Through role-playing exercises, you will gain a firm grasp of the skills while gaining an objective understanding of yourself.
"First impressions of those who are chosen," "Communication skills," "Business etiquette (exchanging business cards and role-playing company visits)," etc.
