Job-hunting in Japan can be a unique and unfamiliar process, especially for international students in graduate programs. The expectations of employers and the structure of recruitment for new graduates and mid-career positions often differ significantly from those in other countries.

To support your job search, we will host an online seminar tailored specifically for international Master’s students. This session will provide practical guidance on how to prepare for your job-hunting journey, highlight the key qualities Japanese employers look for in candidates, and offer tips to succeed in both new-graduate and mid-career hiring processes.

We welcome participants from all academic backgrounds and nationalities. Join us to gain insights and confidence for your career in Japan!
