After working as a flight attendant for ANA (All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.), she is currently working as a lecturer for ANA Business Solutions Co., Ltd. A bright and energetic person, she conducts training sessions that place great importance on interaction with participants. While working for ANA, she was in charge of purser duties on domestic and international flights. She has earned high praise from customers for her hospitable service, and is also responsible for improving and promoting in-flight service. She also actively participates in outside activities such as social events in the local community. Through these experiences, she experienced the importance of building trusting relationships by utilizing hospitality and communication, and she is using this experience in her current training.

Part 1 Lecture 13:00-14:30
From the perspective of how you are perceived by others, understand the differences in impressions that first impressions, speaking style, and behavior create.
You will learn the basics, such as the common characteristics of people who are considered "pleasant."
Topics include: "Why Learn Manners?", "Four Basic Principles of Practicing Manners from the Other Person's Perspective", and "Attitude Towards Work".
Part 2 Exercises 14:45-17:00
Dress code for the day: If you are attending the second session, please wear a suit.
Building upon the fundamentals of Part 1, participants will objectively grasp their own impressions through role-playing exercises.
I will work on developing better communication skills.
Topics include: "First Impressions of People Who Get Chosen," "Communication Skills," and "Business Etiquette (Business Card Exchange, Company Visit Role-Playing)."
*During the exercise, you will be recording video using your own smartphone.
Please remember to bring it with you. Also, please bring earphones.
