Participant comments

  • It was a great opportunity to realize what I was lacking by not only learning what was important in lectures, but also by actually putting it into practice with a partner. Also, receiving feedback from other participants allowed me to understand how others see me.
  • What I appreciated most was that, in addition to the general lecture, they carefully explained the purpose of manners and the manners that are expected, while also addressing individual issues and questions.
  • Although the training content was geared towards job hunting, I participated as a working student because I thought it was an invaluable opportunity to learn directly about customer service from an instructor from the ANA Group. The instructor made the learning process enjoyable by incorporating humor. I was deeply moved by the instructor's genuine support for each of us students to succeed on the world stage. I want to use the instructor as a role model and practice communication that makes others feel valued.
