profile

After graduating from the Faculty of Letters Hokkaido University in 1989, he joined Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd.
After nine years of experience in factory production management, he became the head of the recruitment section of the Information Systems Department in 2008, and then the chief specialist in the Corporate Planning Office in 2012, before becoming the President and CEO of Furukawa Finance and Business Support in June 2016. He assumed his current position in July 2020. This is his 13th time speaking at a seminar hosted by Center for Career Design.

Lecture Outline

Do you ever collaborate with people who have different positions or opinions?
There is a technique called "facilitation" that promotes team activities smoothly.
This workshop will involve small-group exercises where you will learn the tricks of facilitation while also learning case studies of business promotion within companies.
