新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大により，
就職活動のスケジュールをはじめ，様々な場面で影響を受けていることと思います。

今回，皆さんと気軽に情報交換する機会を設けたいと考え，
S-cubicとI-HoPの共催で，オンライン情報交換会を4/16に開催します。
「就職活動の状況」「人材育成本部でこんなサポートがあったらいいな」等をテーマに，
博士のざっくばらんな情報交換の場として，お気軽にご参加ください。

＊時間内の入退場自由。（事前の参加登録が必要）

北海道大学の博士・ポスドク（DC・PD)

■使用するツール：Remo Conference
今回，試行としてRemo Conferenceというアプリケーションを使用します。
テーブルごとに少人数で話ができるのが特徴で，
今後の人材育成本部のイベントに使えそうか等，スタッフも色々模索していますので，
Remoやその他オンラインツールに関するご意見もぜひおきかせください。
人材育成本部のイベントやスマホでは一部機能が正しく動かないことがあるので，PCでの参加を推奨します。
（マイクとカメラが必要です。）

Currently, many of the events and schedules related to job hunting are being postponed or cancelled due to the ongoing spread of the COVID-19.
At this time, we would like to organize an online information exchange event. This online information exchange event will be held on April 16th, co-sponsored by S-cubic and I-HoP. The topic of this event will be to share your thoughts on “the current job hunting situation”, ” support that you would like to receive from I-HoP and S-cubic ” and etc. Please feel free and join us!

For this trial run use Remo Conference. In this application, you can talk with small group at each table.
We are considering using online tools including Remo in our future event, your comment about Remo and other online applications will be highly appreciated.
There might be some connection problems using smartphones, therefore PCs with a camera and microphone are recommended.
