Special Event – Site Visit to Takenaka Research & Development Institute, Chiba prefecture
This is a special event targeted for internatilnal DC students and Postdocs.

I-HoP will take a total of 3 Doctor Course students and Postdocs of Hokkaido University to the Takenaka Research & Development Institute in Chiba prefecture on November 14th.
The purpose of this site visit is expanding your network and experiences so that you can consider your career path more widely.

The flight ticket will be arranged and transportation fee covered by Hokkaido University. (Estimated to be one day trip.)
The participants will have the opportunity to take the institute tour in English and may have the opporunity to discuss about your research with Takenaka’s researchers in English .
*Though this site visit is conducted in English, to be employed with Takenaka, JLPT N2 or higher will be required.

■ Schedule:
Oct 10th: Deadline for application
End of October:The result of document screening will be notified
Nov.14th: Sapporo-Narita-Takenaka-Narita-Sapporo (Estimated to be one day trip)

Takenaka Research & Development Institute, Inzai-city, Chiba prefecture

■ Target
Hokkaido University international doctoral course students and postdocs

■ Application
By October 10th (Tue.), please complete both 2 steps as follows:
*The result of document screening will be notified by the end of October.

特別イベント　～竹中技術研究所訪問～
外国人博士後期課程学生および外国人ポスドク向けの特別イベントです。

人材育成本部I-HoPでは，博士後期課程学生とポスドクのキャリア形成支援を目的として，竹中技術研究所訪問を実施します。研究所の見学は英語で実施されます。また，竹中工務店の研究者と英語でディスカッションする機会を得ることができる可能性があります。
企業の最新鋭の研究所を訪問し，新たな知見を得ることにより，今後のキャリアパスを広げることを目的としています。
交通費は本学規定に基づき人材育成本部が負担します（新千歳⇔成田の日帰りを予定しています。）

注意：このイベントは英語で実施されますが，竹中工務店で働くためには日本語力N2以上が求められます。

10月10日（木）　応募締め切り

10月中旬～下旬　選考結果通知
11月14日（木）　札幌→成田→竹中技術研究所→成田→札幌（日帰りを予定）

■対象者
北海道大学大学院博士後期課程学生およびポストドクター

■応募方法
10月10日（木）までに以下2点を完了すること。
選考結果は10月下旬までに通知します。

①Hi-system*から申し込み。
②所定の応募用紙を人材育成本部I-HoPにメールにて提出。
